Basic Bistro Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 2tablespoons champagne vinegarcan substitute white wine vinegar
  • 1/2teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2teaspoon Herbs de Provence
  • 1/2cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine champagne vinegar, sea salt, pepper, dijon mustard, granulated garlic and Herbes de Provence. Whisk to combine.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking to combine. Alternately, place all ingredients in a mason jar. Shake to combine.
