- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar can substitute white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Ingredients

- In a small bowl combine champagne vinegar, sea salt, pepper, dijon mustard, granulated garlic and Herbes de Provence. Whisk to combine.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking to combine. Alternately, place all ingredients in a mason jar. Shake to combine.
