- 1/8 cup chili powder
- 1/8 cup sea salt
- 1/8 cup ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
Ingredients

- In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together thoroughly. Transfer to an airtight container or zipper bag with air removed. Store in a cool, dry place. For maximum freshness, use within 6 months.
