Pumpkin spice flavors have become mainstream over the past few years, thanks to designer coffees, specialty desserts, and more.
But pumpkin spice is so much more than a blend to include in your favorite baking recipe.
We use it as a dry rub on pork, combined with chili powder, sea salt, and pepper. We also use it to create a compound butter. We make delicious sweet and savory nuts with it. And, it’s a warm and spicy addition to butternut squash soup.
The possibilities are endless!
