Instructions
- 30 minutes before preparing the recipe, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning on the grill.
- After 30 minutes, remove skewers from water bath and dry off with a paper towel.
- Skewer the shrimp, 3-4 per skewer.
- Preheat grill on high for 10 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe dish, clarify butter by melting. TIP: We recommend using grass-fed butter for health and other reasons. When using grass-fed butter, you don't need to waste time removing milk solids from the top of the melted butter to clarify. If using regular butter, skim the white milk solids off the top.
- Mix the bloody mary mix and clarified butter. Retain half of the butter for dressing and dipping.
- Using the other half of the butter, brush both sides of jumbo shrimp generously.
- Grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Plate and drizzle with retained clarified butter. Squeeze juice from a couple of the lemon wedges over the shrimp. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
