Cadillac Margarita on the Rocks with Hickory Smoked Salt

  • 2ounces tequila
  • 1ounce fresh lime juiceabout 1 medium lime
  • 1/2ounce agave nectar
  • 1/2ounce Triple Sec
  • 3/4 ounce Grand Marnierto float
  • smoked sea saltto garnish the rim of the cocktail glass
  • lime wheel or wedgefor garnish
  1. Sprinkle smoked salt on a small plate.
  2. With a lime wedge, moisten 1/2 the rim of a cocktail glass and coat with smoked salt.
  3. Combine tequila, lime juice, agave nectar and Triple Sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour over fresh ice in a cocktail glass. Finish with a Grand Marnier floater. Garnish with lime.
