Baked Brie with Honey, Dried Cranberries + Candied Pecans

Ingredients
  • 1large wedge double cream brie cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/3cup candied pecans
  • french bread baguettesliced
  • sprig rosemaryoptional garnish
Instructions
  1. Position the oven rack in the middle or lower third position. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place brie wedge on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle honey over brie. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese softens and just begins to ooze.
  4. While brie is in the oven, rough chop pecans.
  5. Carefully remove from oven to a serving plate. Honey is very hot. Top with dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Serve immediately with sliced French bread, crackers or sliced fruit.
Recipe Notes

We used two spatulas to easily transfer – one on each end of the wedge to easily move the hot brie to a serving plate.
