Ingredients
  • 2tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3ounces extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2teaspoon Himalayan pink saltcan substitute another sea salt
  • 1/4teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. In a mason jar, combine apple cider vinegar and salt. Allow the salt to dissolve for a few minutes. Add pepper and olive oil. Shake vigorously to combine.
Recipe Notes

Stores well in the refrigerator for up to a week. Bring to room temperature before dressing cabbage slaw or greens.
