- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 ounces extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt can substitute another sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Ingredients

- Prepare ingredients.
- In a mason jar, combine apple cider vinegar and salt. Allow the salt to dissolve for a few minutes. Add pepper and olive oil. Shake vigorously to combine.
Stores well in the refrigerator for up to a week. Bring to room temperature before dressing cabbage slaw or greens.
